State-led dairy growth—spearheaded by Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Gujarat, and Bihar—is accelerating rural prosperity and national milk production across India by leveraging bold policies, infrastructure investments, and cooperative-private partnerships.

This session will spotlight how leadership and innovative programs of key states, in collaboration with central schemes like Rashtriya Gokul Mission, National Dairy Plan, and the National Programme for Dairy Development, are raising farmer incomes, enhancing milk output, and fostering inclusive rural development.
